Richard Winblad

Richard “Rick” Winblad maintains a concentrated practice helping families preserve assets, protect oil and gas mineral interests, and navigate complex probate matters across Oklahoma. His focus on property law is rooted in a strong academic foundation, beginning in law school where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence (AmJur) Award for achieving the highest grade in Property I.

Professional Leadership & Recognition Rick’s commitment to the legal community was recognized by his peers when he received the Award of Excellence from the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section. This honor was awarded in recognition of his significant contributions to the field, including his work on the OBA’s Long-Term Care Handbook.

He serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO), a role that enhances his focused experience in guiding clients through mineral probate, title curative issues, and royalty management. His dedication to public education is further reflected in his recognized contributions to the Mineral Rights Forum, a nationwide community for America’s mineral owners.
