Senior Day is free and limited to attendees 60 years of age or older. Registration is limited and closes on April 24 or when full, whichever is first. Advance registration is required.

Professional Days – May 6 and 7, 2015

These days provide training and support for professionals in the field of aging and will include prominent keynote speakers, valuable workshops, exhibits and the DHS Aging Services Achievements in Aging awards. Please select the appropriate link to register. Advance registration is required and closes April 24.

Standard – $75 per day

Senior  (age 60 or older) – $60 per day

Student  – $35 per day with valid student ID

DHS  Employee – prepaid

Registration includes access to all workshops, exhibits, general sessions and special events. Continental breakfast, lunch and breaks are also included. Registration does not include lodging. Attendees are responsible for their own lodging arrangements.

Luncheon-Only Registration – May 6 or 7, 2015

You may register to attend a luncheon even if you do not plan to attend other conference events. If you plan to attend other conference events or sessions, please register using one of the options above.

Luncheon Only  – $30

Cancellation Policy
