Who and What to Bring to the Meeting

  • Any existing estate planning documents
  • Names, addresses and telephone numbers of everyone that will be somehow included in your estate plan. These may be as spouse, children, grandchildren, or persons you intend to be in charge.
  • Anybody you trust and want involved in the process
  • Vehicle registration paperwork and any legal descriptions of lands owned
  • For wartime veterans, a DD214
  • Information about financial accounts and life insurance policies.
